We believe that children ought to be raised to know and love God. This happens primarily in the home by parents and family (Deut. 6:4-9), but is also a wonderful opportunity in our local church through loving, wise teachers and leaders.

We believe that children ought  to be taught the great truths of Scripture about our amazing God from an early age. Therefore, our children’s ministry is designed not to entertain children or to just "keep them out of trouble" so adults can listen in their classes or the main service. Rather, we want young people to understand who God is, to see what He wants from them, and to learn to follow Jesus for the rest of their lives!

Because these priorities are so important, we have assembled a team of experienced children’s teachers and helpers who work hard to communicate the great truths of Scripture in an age-appropriate and engaging manner.

At 9 AM on Sunday mornings, we offer Sunday school classes for 4 y.o. through 6th grade children. During the morning service, we offer a class called Tiny Church for 4–5 y.o. and another class called Junior Church for children in 1st–5th grade. Children in Junior Church have their own time of singing, Scripture reading, collecting an offering, and a Bible lesson. You are always welcome to keep your children with you in the auditorium.

On Wednesday evenings (6:30-8 PM) during the school year, we offer an Awana program for children from 3 y.o. - 6th grade. This interactive, dynamic ministry exists to disciple kids to know God through his Word and respond with a love for Him. We do that through table time (Scripture memory, book work, and sharing/prayer time), games, lessons, and fun theme nights.

In the summer, we put on a fun-yet-informative Vacation Bible School program. Kids experience games, crafts, drama, singing, Bible lessons, and more!
