Thank you for your interest in serving our church's children, teens, and their parents. Note that service in these ministries is reserved for: 1) members of Life Point; 2) who have attended at least 6 months; 3) who have completed the application process and been approved; and 4) are up-to-date on their worker training.
To apply as a worker, please follow these 4 steps:

- Attend the annual Worker Training Meeting:
Or if you were not able to attend our 8/24/25 meeting, please watch it here.
- Fill out the Application Form:
Teenage Worker Application Form (for teens ages 12-18)
- Fill out a Background Check.
- Once you have submitted the above application form, we will request a background check for you. You will receive that background check request in your email inbox from “Checkr" within a few days. Please fill it out and submit it.
Once all of these steps are completed, a pastor or ministry director will reach out about the next steps.
