This page contains our 2021 Child Protection Policies Meeting Audio & Notes, as well as Children's Worker Application. Here is what you need to do:

1. Listen. Please click on "Listen" (or "Downloads"/"Sermon Audio" to download) and listen to the meeting.

2. Read. You may download the updated "Child Protection Policies" by clicking "Downloads"/"LPBC Child Protection Policies 2021." New Workers: you may download the "Child.Teen Worker Application" and fill it out.

3. Sign. Once you have finished listening to the meeting, please download the "Refresh Signature Page" by clicking "Downloads"/"Refresh Signature Page", print, and sign it.

4. Return. Please return the Refresh Signature Page (and Application for new workers) to me by either scanning it and emailing it to this email address or putting it on my desk at church.
