On Wednesday evenings during the school year, we offer the Awana program for children two years before kindergarten through the sixth grade. This fall, we are doing Awana via Zoom starting Wednesday, September 9. The children will be divided into groups which will meet together with their leader for a Zoom call at 6:30 p.m. each Wednesday. During this time, children will have the opportunity to a) share prayer requests and praises, b) interact and pray together, and c) say verses/complete sections. The call should last 30-40 minutes per week. In addition, Jeff Darling will be recording the Bible lessons each week and sharing them to our church YouTube channel. The kids can watch these lessons right after handbook time or at some other point in the week–whenever is most convenient for you as a parent. Registration for Awana this fall is completely online. Our Sunday evening service is for additional preaching, prayer, and singing. It is also a time to study special topics, discuss church family business, and fellowship.
